The strength of the Group

The strengths of Silvelox Group S.p.A. are obtained from the synergy of the production specificities of Silvelox and SEIP, companies that specialize in the production of armored doors specifically for residential and highly professional settings. Wooden garage doors: burglar-proof certified, they are the historical product of Silvelox, which allowed the brand to become known and appreciated all over the world with the up-and-over model SECUR and SECURPLUS. In addition, the result of the constant research work on innovative solutions is Securlap a sectional door presented as a world premiere in 2012 that, thanks to an original patented OVERLAP opening system, doesn’t require ceiling guides and halves the internal dimensions. When the door leaf is open, the passage height is only 180 mm lower than the ceiling height.

Sectional garage doors: sectional doors are composed of horizontal panels, which are connected by hinges and slide vertically, arranging themselves parallel to the ceiling at the end of the opening.
This particular mechanism allows the use of the entire interior surface of the garage, does not involve any external clutter, is easy to maneuver, and ensures excellent thermal sealing. The mechanical structure made of galvanized steel, as well as the mantle composed of steel sheet panels with a high-quality polyester-based primer coat, ensures the best protection against weathering by preventing the formation of rust. Maximum dimensions are L = 7m – H = 3.5m.
Silvelox sectional doors not only ensure the safety of people, but also respect the environment, as they are made of non-polluting materials (CFC-free) that allow thermal insulation and promote energy saving at the same time.
Silvelox offers vertically sliding sectional door systems (one with SR series rotary spring shaft and the second with SRV series vertical pull springs) and SL series side-sliding sectional doors (SLS and SLD are the ideal doors in situations where there is a need to eliminate the lintel footprint).

SI series standard industrial sectional overhead doors have dimensions in width up to 7.5 m and in height up to 5.5 m.
Available in motorized or manual versions, these doors are produced with panels having a thickness of 40mm made of 0.5mm thick pre-painted double galvanized sheet metal, insulated with high-density polyurethane, with 120mm pitch slats and interior and exterior finish with stucco-effect embossing. Panels with 60mm and 80mm thicknesses are also available.
The panels also have internal reinforcement for secure attachment of hinges and side carriages.
All gates are equipped with safety devices in case of rope or spring breakage, and their opening speed in standard configuration is 130 mm/sec.
Available in standard 450 mm lintel or, on request, with sloping and partially or fully vertical sliding. Some of the available glides, feature a low spring option that allows for easy installation.
Gates having a width exceeding 5.5 m provide in the standard version increased side cassettes and rollers in addition to special reinforcing omega designed and engineered by the company.

Folding gates without bottom rail with galvanized steel side posts, unilateral – bilateral opening, LN series and LE series folding gates without bottom rail and without side posts are also available. Ergonomics, reliability, ease of operation and safety make the LN and LE series the smart and economical solution for large industrial openings.

Special attention has been paid to the issue of sustainability for several years. Low environmental impact is achieved both in the different stages of the supply chain and through concrete and innovative projects.
